Minimize Firefox to Tray

Minimize the active windows into taskbar is a thing that you often do to see the application behind it. But, it is not only minimized into taskbar, you can also minimize some applications to the tray. To do so, the application should has minimize to tray feature. However, have you ever tried to minimize Firefox to the tray?

I think some of you will say no. Because, there is no minimize to tray feature available on Firefox by default. But now, you can be able to minimize Firefox to try with a help from Add-On. Add-On which I mean is a Firefox add on called Minimize to tray. Add-On is made by Nils Maier.

With this add on installed in Firefox, we can be able to minimize Firefox to the notification area. To minimize Firefox to tray, you just simply click on the minimize button on the Firefox window. The Firefox window will minimize to the tray, automatically. You also can press F9 on your keyboard as a shortcut to minimize Firefox to the tray. The Minimize to try add-on works on Mozilla Firefox 3.0- 3.6.
